The proposed pavilion will transform the Village Green into a prominent community gathering space at the civic heart of the City and geographic center of the Mill Creek Valley, including:
Host large scale events focused on enhancing cultural arts in the region for existing community groups to perform, create, and engage the community.
Attract people of all ages, backgrounds, races, and abilities to create a thriving zone of economic opportunity and drive foot-traffic to Wyoming’s Business District.
