VILLAGE GREEN PERFORMANCE PAVILION AND PARK RENOVATIONS
The Wyoming Community Foundation is actively fundraising to create a beautiful and functional space in the heart of our city. The City of Wyoming 2018 Master Plan identified the Village Green as a zone for potential change, which included the addition of a performance pavilion to better accommodate special events and expand programming possibilities.
The intent of this project is to build a community space that represents the entire community. The City hopes to host large scale events focused on enhancing cultural arts in the region, and to provide a space for existing community groups to perform, create, and engage the community. This will be a space that will attract people of all ages, backgrounds, races, and abilities to experience a variety of cultural and performing arts. The renovation of this space will create a thriving zone of economic opportunity in Wyoming’s Business District, while building partnerships with community organizations and adjacent communities in hopes of promoting positive changes in Wyoming and beyond its borders. WYOMING COMMUNITY FUND
Long term giving into our community endowment is needed to maintain our programming, facilities, services, and events.
